A huge congratulations and thank you to Caitlin, who completed the Great North Run while raising an incredible £1,069 for The Lawnmowers Independent Theatre Company.
Caitlin originally set herself a fundraising target of £300, but thanks to the generosity of everyone who supported her, she went on to raise more than three times that amount.
Taking on the 13.1-mile Great North Run is an amazing achievement in itself, and we are incredibly grateful that Caitlin chose to use the challenge to support Lawnmowers and the work we do.
Her fundraising will help us continue creating opportunities for people with learning disabilities to take part in theatre, music, performance, creative projects and community activities.
We want to say a heartfelt thank you to Caitlin for her determination, generosity and for truly going the extra mile for Lawnmowers.
